Yes, it is dog wool ! Even vegans who won’t wear traditional wool could be tempted to wear it since it’s the fur a dog sheds naturally while being groomed and brushed. No harm or exploitation at all.
I used chiengora made in Germany to cover a hand-blocked heart shaped hat.
